Family - wife + 2 kids = $340/mo in Covington. Overpriced for what you get compared to the boujee clubs in big cities. Its your basic nice club - membership includes: lap pool, kids pool, plenty of tennis/pickleball courts, weight floor, cardio floor, fitness classes, basketball court, 2 hours of kids care per day. Its legit <5 minutes from our house and the other nicer clubs in Mandeville are 20+ minutes away.
Its one of the few luxuries I gladly pay for since I'm there 5x a week and have plenty of friends there as well

Is this $365 a year including all the tests or is that the membership and you still have to pay for the tests? Looking at the tests included, $365 seems reasonable especially with it coming with a doctor's review

$500k should mostly keep whole +- a couple percent
~$50k annual income
Currently backed by 30 months of dividend payment cash on MSTR's balance sheet and 75 years of dividend payments via the bitcoin on the balance sheet. Both of those if they don;t raise anyone dollar which we know isn't the case as they are constantly adding to the balance sheet. Also no lock up like CDs or annuities

I read someone on here say that before and I just switched mixing my creatine with PWO to mixing it with my post workout protein. Not sure if that is better but it was an easy swap
