Justice is moving slow for Mr Holly. I wish some of our other athletes would use this as a point of reference in how to screw up a career. Hanging out with the wrong crowd, although I have no idea what he did or is alleged to have done, can seriously cost millions perhaps worse.

I'm wondering if this is a the prosecution delaying it or defense? If it's the defense, then Holly might not be in the clear. If it's the prosecution buttoning up loose ends (witnesses recanting/changing, etc.) then the trial itself should move quickly as they dont have their ducks in a row (or so it could appear)

Not sure , his last court appearance was in December where they received the police cam footage which they were supposed to give the defense at the September hearing . I just read his attorney just requested a trial date .

It doesn’t help you can file a million motions before a trial even exists which of course delays more and more. Unless they settle, trial won’t be for awhile
