What are yalls thoughts? Location is south Alabama, red clay type dirt. Front yard will get plenty of sunlight, back yard will see a majority of shade. Yard will have an irrigation system.

What’s the anticipation for the next 30-60 days? Under contract on a new build curious to see what rate we’ll get.

Be careful, you’re going to be told it’s because of NIL. This is year 1 because he finally got the financial support to complete.

It’s all BS he should have been let go last year. Vandy and Mizzo are literally at the top of the SEC this year and both have been dumpster fires in the last 1-2 years.

LSU could land Leavitt and he could be absolutely trash.
