Boat tow US gets a double header this evening

Back porch about 150 yards from ICW this evening about 7 pm, A rescue boat passed by towing 2 large contender type offshore boats {35 foot}, that had been in a significant fire. Center councils were melted, engine covers melted.

Gotta be a good story there. What are the chances of 2 boats in the same fire

I think Id ratger my house burn to the ground than my 35’ Contender.

They caught fire in the marina at Port A earlier, glad the Coast Guard was nearby and able to get a handle on it before it spread beyond those 2. Looked way bad at first.
