and you will not describe what " If" means, and the other options that supposedly exist.
I had a full time job to teach a two thousand pax site what full compliance was in a very hazardous work place. Your weasalness is the arch enemy of compliance.

outstanding explanation. is this what you achieve in court filings? You are the poster child for why I dropped out of Loyola law school many years ago
exxon / mobile is not well liked at their newest large petrochemical plant site in Corpus Christi. They waste 20 % of the area fresh water supply with evaporative coolers instead of no waste fin fans. The fresh water supply lakes for the city will drop to less than 10 percent within a week and there are hurricanes in sight to retire lake levels

"dangerous strategy with tariffs". Please explain which branch of the government has the technical comprehension and big picture resources to effectively negotiate tariffs with 187 different countries. And to influence countries with a pro American resultant along with the tax. Use Canadian cheese as an example

"without clear statutory". Thats the gist of the Trump approach to working out what the rules are. There is complete bullshite in the legislative process, and there is no way to get congress to fix an issue. Trumps approach is to issue an executive order, have a court issue an injunction and off to the appeals court/supreme court to clarify what the rules are. A very understandable approach.
The democrates used a slightly different approach to have a supportive NGO sue the federal government and have the court issue an opinion favorable to both sides.

that's a good swap, lets do it
50 year old issue, while recruiting in Pakistan I was shown the curb side resume office where for five bucks someone would type out a resume specific to the job opening. Curb side meaning an upright typewriter on a vegetable crate.
About that time we had to generate West Virginia engineering degrees for visa applications in Saudi Arabia.
Anybody recruiting is fully aware of the work arounds[scams] and plans accordingly

What rules exist for income reporting for paid protesters
Posted by Trevaylin on 1/11/26 at 1:16 pm
I won a couple of fishing tournaments and each time the organization filed a tax report on the 2-400 dollars award. Daughter teaches a vocal master class at a university and gets a w-2 for 500 dollars. Nice win at a casino, results in a tax report. Government wanted tax reports on sales over 600 dollars on eBay
These protesters, getting paid should have a tax report right? If they do not get a tax report, does the payer go to jail for not filing?
Maybe SFP or Roger could enlighten.
US military could hit Iran mullahs and no one would know
Posted by Trevaylin on 1/11/26 at 9:04 am
The internet black out currently in place by Iranian leadership to control public discourse could easily be used against them. Do a Venesuala style attack, and just don't talk about it. The Iranians military would have no ability to complain.
Just6 saying that could be the plan
the blacks are smarter than Somalies, and they recognized that the democrates are really bad people
