ETA: Thank you everyone. Got a good old fashioned to say goodbye to a friend.
Make it a good one. Had some labored breathing and we were talking about going to the Vet. Go to do something in the kitchen and old boy had passed away. 16 years old. At least he gets to play with the boxer we had to put down years back. Thanks for the memories Sam.

We lost ours a couple of years ago, that little Yorkie had one goal in life and that was to please my wife and I.
She loved to ride in the Ranger and at about 2 years old started going with me to find deer, by the end of hunting season she had figured everything out and was tracking (and finding) deer. She worked another 11 years at tracking and everyone at the camp came to find her when they couldn't find their deer.
Dogs don't live long enough, sorry for your loss

So sorry to hear Kengel
I’m close to making some tough decisions on my Lab. He’s 14 and slowing down a lot and having trouble keeping food down.
Can’t hear well and has cataracts.
Sucks.
