Built-In Grill Swap (recommendation needed)

I’m looking for someone to take out my current built-in grill and install a new one in the same spot at my home. No gas line work is needed — just a straight swap. I realize most licensed plumbers can handle this, but for built-ins, I’d like to lean towards finding someone who does both gas work and outdoor kitchen installations. I also will need to swap out a kitchen faucet that is in a very tight space.
Ideally, I’d like the old grill hauled off too.
Located in Ascension Parish. BBQ Guys no longer offers removal and/or installation.
What should I expect to be charged for this work?

IDK about in Ascension but what you are trying to do is very simple. The most difficult part will be finding a grill with the exact same cutout dimensions to fit your existing space.

I agree. It is simple. I decided to replace my Blaze with another Blaze. Same cutout dimensions as before.

I’m kind of surprised you aren’t doing it with some of the projects you’ve willingly tackled.

I know it is not that difficult, and I may end up doing it -- once I learn what the estimated cost is going to be.

After watching the plumber install my new water heater a couple of years ago, attaching the gas line back is really simple. That would have been my biggest concern doing something with gas lines by myself.

I feel the same.
$185 per hour and $225 per hour is what I was quoted by two plumbers today.

Sounds like you already know the cost.
Looking like $500-700.
I’m about the least handyman you will ever meet, it I think I coulda my grill out. Pull the old one, put in the new one . But gas off first obviously
