Trent's 60 now, but he hasn't lost a step - and with support from Atticus, Robin, and Josh...you get a helluva sound.
As usual, the visuals were incredible. I really appreciate the effort that he puts into making sure it's not just a concert, but an all-out feast for the senses.
He cranked through 19 songs like he is half his age. I first saw NIN 31 years ago, and this show was just as good.
If you get tickets for a show, don't stress getting there in time for the opening act. It's just an hour of a DJ pressing buttons and sliding faders. Felt like 2 hours.

I saw them a few weeks ago - guest of a big fan. I never did and still don't really get them.
However, the visual presentation - especially on the mainstage - was really effective.
I sort of liked the way they started on the small stage out in the middle, although he doesn't sing very well on whatever that piano ballad is.
Head Like a Hole was underwhelming.
The drummer was fun to watch.
Boys Noize was a humorous opening act. Just a dude standing at a turntable.
In the end, the songs just aren't very good. And I don't like whatever you call that weird industrial guitar sound.

Did the person you go with enjoy it at least?

quote:Yes, but not as much as I expected, since they were huge fans back in the day.

Good to know about the opener. Gonna finally see NIN for the first time on this tour, and I've read nothing but good things.

The merch is really good. Grabbed a couple shirts.

Hoping for a stop in NO or Houston. Limited tour and I think Trent said that this was the future of the band having limited tours every year. I do want to see this version (Peel It Back) as I have seen them multiple times through the years.

Went to the ATL show Tuesday. Was one of their better shows in the last 10 years. They never skimp on the visuals. We were fairly close to the alternate stage and the second set was incredible. Closer and Came Back Haunted remixes were pretty cool. Also, Reptile on the main stage was a highlight.
Boyz Noise was good when he played with Trent and Atticus. They all worked together for the Challengers soundtrack

The new version of Closer they do together sounds amazing.

Same. He was incredible at the Saenger Theatre a few years ago.

Saw them in Nashville couple of weeks ago... show was awesome. That hockey stadium is right on the strip and a really nice venue.
