When a colleague retired, he went on a 5-month ATW cruise on Seabourn in 2023. Miami to Barcelona. He said he could’ve done without the Western Africa segment (after being on the eastern side). Overall he liked it enough to book another one for 2027. Runs about $100,000/person and he spent close to another $100,000 on excursions including a 3-day safari in Africa

Got 51/66. This will probably be the only one I’ll be able to Rx. I’ve scratched off many movements that aren’t worth risk/reward to me - barbell snatch, OH squat, muscle ups, kipping and butterfly pull-ups, fast-cycling cleans, rope climbs, American kettlebell swings, handstand pushups.

Tried it twice and didn’t like how it turned out. Maybe because it’s “popcorn” rice, I don’t know.

Rocks in rice? That’ll break a tooth. I use Stansel’s rice for everything except jambalaya.

It used to be exclusively in Costco, now it’s everywhere. I’m sure that they’re using multiple contract manufacturers - which usually means they won’t be as consistent.
