I would begin by looking at the elite olines in the league and their backups first.

Does not hurt to look around and see if there is anyone worth kicking the tires on, but they definitely should not waste future resources for someone on another team's active roster.
The first options would be if there are anyone familiar with Moore's system. Neither of the o-linemen on Philly's PS played under Moore, but could some of Philly's o-linemen from last year, Chargers from 2 years ago... be somewhere else
