If Lane has his own RB coach, then Wilson is out, and he could take a paycut to return home to NO. Help Baker recruit those NO area schools.

That still wouldn't make any sense. He is not a DC, he would get any DB job in the country and make more $ than being a DC at Tulane.

This would only make sense if Lane wanted to outright release Frank or if franks ego somehow got in the way with his current situation.
There is nowhere better in reality for Frank to be than LSU and it doesn’t matter the position he’s in.
It would be a career mistake for Frank to get in his head and screw that up imo.
