I really think if OM doesnt beat Georgia they get hit way way way harder than we are seeing right now. They rode that emotional win to signing a few people that would have ended up in Baton Rouge.

You'd think they would learn after about the 3rd or 4th time being completely wrong. But they just move right on the the next delusion.
This one isn't entirely accurate though. When it was believed Chambliss would come to LSU they were certain he wasn't getting the waiver. Once he signed with OM that quickly changed to certainty he would get it though. Crazy how that works.

The rev share money is split betweent all sports, with the bulk of it going to football. I dont know if we ever get an accurate number of how its broken down individually per player.
Also, NIL is different, and is supposed to go through the clearing house now. I'm sure teams have figured out ways to wiggle around that, to be able to promise so much to players.
There isn't any clear answers, because there isn't any clear guidelines. Its literally the wild west. I'm just glad we are playing the game better than almost everybody else currently.

Haven't you learned that Ole Miss is more concerned with celebrating who LSU doesn't get more than their own team? Even in the playoffs they were more consumed with what was happening at LSU.
