Good surprises in store for Tax Year 2025?

So I caught the end of a Stuart Varney segment this morning where the tax expert was saying that millions of middle to upper middle class that estimated their taxes in 2025 will be ecstatic with the amount of refund (or lack of final IRS owed payment on 4/15) that they will receive. But that's all I caught from the show. Does anyone know what Stuart and the guest were referencing?

Probably due to the salt tax increase. If I would have stayed in Baton Rouge I still would have been taking the standard deduction.
Buying a new house, Texas property taxes and a few big purchases has me at over 70k in write offs this year so I will be itemizing. I’d much prefer taking the standard deduction with my old mortgage rate.
