It wasn’t him. I shot pretty early but still a pretty good sized pig.

I think I finally got that fricker. Puts a good end to my season.

fricking anchored him and thought he was stone dead. That fricker started kicking and moved right behind my stand and fill feeder so I couldn’t get another shot. Damn thing got up after 15 minutes and I put another one in him as he was running off.

Brooks county 53 degrees.

Just smacked a good sized pig.
Inherited from an IRA if I’m not mistaken. We then rolled her 401k into an IRA years later. I’m pretty sure they are in the same IRA because I’ve got 2. One with a balance and 1 under my name that I use for my back door with zero balance.

I opened a Roth IRA but haven’t made a contribution to it yet.

Well you’re fine as long as you don’t have a traditional IRA.

My wife inherited 14k from her dad when he passed and we rolled over her 401k into it. I don’t have a traditional IRA, I have a 401k and backdoor a Roth.

shite I already opened a Roth but haven’t contributed anything. Did I screw myself?

Do you have an IRA?

Explain this to me like I’m 5

If you make over $153,000 single or $242,000 jointly you can’t fund a Roth because you make too much money. You fund a trad Ira with after tax money then covert to Roth.

Roll it into a traditional IRA? Yes.

If you do that doesn’t it duck up your back door Roth option?

I know we can’t do a back door Roth for my wife because she has an IRA from a previous 401k roll over. Sucks that I can only back door a Roth under my name and not both us.

.308 trying to bust a hog.

81 degrees and I carried a 50lb bag of corn 3/4 of a mile with my pack and gun. Sweating my arse off now

I just received my stamps, 7 business days basically is what it took from submission of the Form 4s. I will have them in hand shortly, good luck to the others waiting.

That’s still great. After waiting 12 to 14 months for my first two years ago anything under a month is great to me.

I’ll pick up a few more this year with the shorter wait times.

I’d like a dedicated 9mm can for my Walther PDP and Shadow systems. Any recommendations for a smaller can? I’ve got the primal to play with for now but that will be more for my PCC stuff and would not like a donkey dick hanging off a 4.5 inch pistol

There’s something in between. Just buy a normal hat and don’t curve the bill.

Don't remind me, I paid for the stamps (2) along with about 2 grand in cans on December 10th.

Well there’s $400 that’s you will never get back

You’ve got to plan this shite better. I ordered close to 2k in cans and avoided both tax stamps. Got one mid December and got the other already.

Did you pay for the stamp?

I say this as a concession so that some people can handle cash flow issues. Still, shouldn't everyone have enough cash on hand to handle temporary overages?

I put everything on my credit card and pay it off every month. Been doing this for 15 years. I like the points and the security of my card gets hacked vs my debit card.

I think the MC9 prime is going to be my next pistol purchase. I'm torn between that and the S&W carry comp.

I think they are both fine. I’d like one of those FN Feflex XL to round out my carry collection. That is until the latest and greatest thing comes along

I still don’t have one. I love the look of them though.

Went to pickup my mask can and ended up playing with the Canik Mete MC9 Prime and the FN Reflex XL. Went down to bass pro to get 10% off on the Prime.

I’m about all tapped out for a while.
