6 acres would be 264000 square feet. This is way bigger than that.

I did run across a YouTube video of a service in Japan (I think) where you can rent out a room that is about the size of a bathroom where it has a full-size bed, a desk and a wide screen tv - and a closet type shelf to store your suitcase - and that was it. I costs $9.00/night to rent. You literally rent it to sleep and work on your laptop

Kowloon Walled City was demolished by the British in 1994 and is a park now fyi
