It's great so far.

Crowe is really that guy.

Given current events the establishment of international law post WW2 is oddly pertinent.

I ranked it in my top 5-6 films of the year and wish it would have gained more traction here. I went in without watching any previews and didn’t know Crowe was playing Goering and he absolutely blew me away. Was hoping he’d get some Oscar buzz but dosent look like he is. One of my favorite theatre experiences of the year going into that blind

Yes
It was tough to watch
Enjoyed it but the suffering that the Jews endured is tough to process

I saw the last portion of this, this weekend after my wife bought it.

Crowe killed it.

However, the final scenes came off as try hard and melodramatic. Like the Oscar bait movies that fail. Instead of letting the importance and gravitas of the moment speak for itself, it's like the director and actors tried SO hard to project "THIS IS IMPORTANT" to the audience.

Fantastic movie, some of the real clips from the camps were insane. They really tried to humanize Göring and then it all changes to what we know as the viewer. Crowe is great in it

Loved it. I wonder how much of that is fiction and history. I'm not too knowledgeable in that part of WWII.

That part was not as tough for me as being forced to sympathize with Nazis. The Americans were such despicable people that you found yourself favoring the Nazis up until the end.

It was of course intentional, but it was still a mind frick.
