Can a player back out of a deal??

How does that work? I mean it’s a free for all ncaa so thought I’d ask??

Right now, yes they can. But currently, UGA is suing a player for doing so.

the Notre Dame QB committed to Nebraska backed out and changed to Kentucky last night

I know it's happened before, but I'm not sure to the specifics of it. Regardless, we're not waiting to see if Chambliss gets a waiver.

If contracts are now legally binding, that sounds like a step in the right direction to me.
