consistently for 10 (say min 7 of 10) or more years. Market = S&P 500.

Curious how much of your time and effort you commit per month to achieve this.

Congratulations, too!

I'm doing pretty well against the market - bitcoin heavy related stocks over the past 5 years helps

My 9 year CAGR is 22.2%, but I have been living off of those assets for the last year and a half. If I add back in my withdrawals it's 23.3%. I've had some large down years with COVID and the Ukraine War starting, but buying the dips works.

I make trades once a quarter and don't look at it other than to manage income which requires no research.

Non cash producing assets don’t enjoy 8th wonder of world…compounding.

That said, I dabbled 2008-10 and it served a short term purpose.

I don’t try to beat the market. I am satisfied with mirroring the market.
