First off, I think Walz is a "Grey Area Retiree", a Reserve Component member that has at least 20 "good" years of service which means he can draw a retirement pension at age 60. Now that being said, he is a member of the Retired Reserve and can be called back to active duty.

That being said, what happens if he calls the National Guard up to oppose Federal Law Enforcement? I know there are a few folks here who know what happened when George Wallace tried this to stop integration of the University of Alabama. I clearly remember the Guard one-star reporting to Wallace that the Alabama Guard had been federalized. Game, set, and match to the Feds and Wallace moved out of the way and the Black students were enrolled.

Now what's different if Walz tries to do something like this and tells the Guard to disobey federalization orders?

IMO Master Sergeant Walz would be recalled to Active Duty. Then he would be arrested by Military Police and read the military version of Miranda. He could then be court-martialled for Sedition. I personally think it'd be a full General Court Martial which could reduce him to E-1, send him to Leavenworth (military prison) and strip him of his military pension.

Walz is stupid enough to FAFO.

Technically his rank doesn’t matter as he’s the executive of the state. He won’t activate his guard though

His rank would matter because he's still covered under UCMJ as a retiree.

He said he was going to. Why don’t you believe him?

Being honest, I saw that thread after I posted in this one. I still don’t think he will. Activating his guard to go after federal agents would be a terrible mistake. He’s a retard so he may

If you want a prime example of just how fricked up the reserve system is, consider that Walz achieved the rank of Master Sargent.

Yep, and it speaks volumes about the majority of that State that voted for him.

You’re going to discover the ONLY ones supporting him are either in on the take OR illegal/ fake votes. This will be the case across the nation.
