As someone in early 30s, I would consider this the greatest feat in his 5 years to date if he accomplishes it, banning blackrock, blackstone, KKR, Chinese/foreign corporate owners with no intentions but leasing/flipping. Housing prices are obviously getting high, too high for most young Americans. There really is no need for the housing space to be driven up by companies with no intentions of actually living in the homes, which jack up prices. The housing industry prices should be dictated by humans.

I hope it works, but have no clue how feasible it is.

Can't wait to see the Bernie bro's cope with this one. Unfortunately it will never get through congress because on both sides, they are all completely useless.

I agree. The next generation will be renters. Not owning your own space or payment is incomprehensible to me.
