Never mind who won. Both teams almost went to double overtime tonight which would’ve added to my list. This is why we watch, talk smack and it brightens our world. Just thought I’d get that out.

Like I’ve said. Lane needs someone to develop QBs. Everyone he took out of high school he screwed up and needed others to fix. Simmons will do well at Missouri. Just like Altmeyer did at Illinois.
It hasn’t hit anyone why we haven’t hired White yet. He played for us when I only had one gray hair. He is getting there. Just not quite there. I am hoping we have turned a corner. This is a great road win. And certainly dramatic.

If you want an answer….who knows anymore? Every year is fruit basket turnover. Even with a team of 5 star transfers there is still the human element. They have to come together and buy into the system. And learn to work together. Not to mention they still have to go to school. Then if they all of a sudden have a million dollars in their pockets…how will they deal with that?

Charlie blew this game like so many others. Defense kept us in the game. And if Kiffin was coaching we would’ve never gotten this far. He couldn’t beat Georgia the first time.

Pete is the head coach. He is 2-1. And they were all playoff games. Not sure what the mystery is with this fact.
