One thing thats fails to get mentioned in the hate for these small school guys

Is that they have played snaps. Yes it was against inferior opponents but a guy with 2 years eligibility left thats been in away from home for 3 years already is going to be more prepared than any kid straight out of high school.
Also you can pick the mature team oriented players. And some kids arent developed physically straight out of high school to play big boy ball. Some are late bloomers. I havent been this excited since before kelly was hired.

We can all be confused about the QB situation but you can’t doubt Lanes process. He built that Ole Miss team this same way except now he can get elite freshman. I have faith.

Small school players get drafted just the same. If your eval is correct it won’t matter. Geaux Tigers

Just use the Saints for an example
Jahri Evans from Bloomsburg College & Terron Armstead from Arkansas Pine Bluff absolutely could’ve played in the Power 5 and probably would have if the portal was around then
Yes we’ll whiff on some guys but there’s for sure going to be hits from this approach
