Does anyone think the baby is being used as a biological weapon? I’m pretty sure I saw military personnel inside the hospital on one of the previews, and it’s July 4th weekend.

It was an odd cliffhanger.
Robby doesn’t need to keep being a dick to Langdon. It makes him look bad.
I agreed with the new doctor about the mindset of the doctors and the name “the pitt”. Embracing that “hotel of last resort” mindset may instill some team spirit but it can also be defeatist.

Happy to see Dana back. I like her character and I’m glad she didn’t quit.
I hope that Rabi and the new doc don’t carry that same dynamic through the whole season- it was really awkward.
The baby’s obviously got something to do with the woman in the waiting room that they kept panning to- I hope they don’t keep us hanging on why it affected the new doc so badly.

And when she did speak she made some awful comment about the patient “already being dead” or “he’s gonna die anyway”.
But I did like that the attending(s) didn’t chastise her right away. Would’ve come off as conjecture.

She’s deaf. It’s why the sound cut out when we first see her and she doesn’t acknowledge her name being called on the intercom

Yea that' show I took it as well. Actually paused it and backed up twice because I thought the sound on my tv was acting up.
This is a very entertaining show, but they honestly could name the show White People Are Awful. It's pretty comical how bad they make some of the patients.

In the same thread we have people complaining about white people being portrayed as being awful, and people noting how awful the characters of the Asian med student and the Arab doctor are. Not to mention the South-Asian bitch of a surgeon who treats her med-student daughter like shite.
