Need gym recommendations for Baton Rouge

Will be in BR for a few days next week and will get a guest pass somewhere. What is the closest thing in the area to something like HWY 22 gym in Mandeville or Iron Works in Biloxi?
Prefer to give my money to a small independently owned gym instead of a place like Club4 or Crunch

Beach club fitness
Privately owned, recently did some renovations, it’s so big that I have never waited to use a piece of equipment in a year. They also have sauna, steam room, and cold plunge with indoor pool and outdoor pool
Mostly old folks just swimming, again PLENTLY of equipment.

I second beach club fitness. Went there few times with a buddy and I fell in love with all of their old school equipment. It's like going back in time almost with the amount of equipment they have and areas to workout in. Loved it
