Going in late April for 3 nights, will be staying at Lake Como Edition in Cadenabbia (closest to Tremazzo).I'm not sure how easy it is to get to Bellagio or Varenna for just dinner but open to suggestions in those areas as well.

Florence for 4 nights, then Como for 3 nights, then Venice for 3 nights. I am getting overwhelmed by the amount of restaurant choices lol

La Scarpetta in Varenna is really good. Small restaurant with fresh pasta. We went twice while staying there this past summer. It says temporarily closed but that may be because of the season.

I'll check it out! Do you know how easy is it to get to Varenna from Tremezzo?

The ferry is pretty easy to get around. I'd suggest buying a day pass, but make sure you get the one that covers the areas you want to see.
