re: Lake Como Restaurant Recs

The ferry is pretty easy to get around. I'd suggest buying a day pass, but make sure you get the one that covers the areas you want to see.
La Scarpetta in Varenna is really good. Small restaurant with fresh pasta. We went twice while staying there this past summer. It says temporarily closed but that may be because of the season.
We are going in June for Kenny Chesney at the Sphere. Taking wife, 13 yr old daughter and my in laws. Trying to figure out where to stay. Would prefer a resort but don’t want to have hassle after show trying to get back

Glad someone mentioned Hop Wilson, one of the greats. Cant believe nobody has mentioned Robert Randolph or the Campbell Brothers.

Perth, Melbourne, Florence, Barcelona
I'm all for doing both, but why won't congress take this up and make it permanent? It will just go back to more corruption once a Dem is in office.

Thanks. We will definitely be headed to north shore and the food trucks. Have reservation at House without a key just to have but will look at others.

Oahu restaurants

Going March 18-25. Spring Break and 15th wedding anniversary. Will be staying at Four Seasons for most nights, but will stay at Ritz in Waikiki last two nights. Any restaurant recommendations? Daughter can be a picky eater, so take that into consideration. Would like a nice place last night in Waikiki for anniversary dinner. Thanks
Hot August Night is still one of the greatest live albums ever!

I haven’t been to Oahu only reason is because of Pearl Harbor. May try to convince wife to go back to Maui, we did big island this past spring break

The Henry on Cortado is great for breakfast
You should purchase yearly travel insurance, would have covered all of that. I have it for wife, me and daughter, cost like $450 a year through Allianz.
Eric Church in Feb
Kenny Chesney at Sphere in June
Have a friend here in KC that is big Michigan fan/alum. Supposedly the rumor is that Morres wife has cancer and he knocked up a 19 yr staffer.
