Which recruiting site is considered the authority these days?

Back in my day when I kept up with this stuff it was Rivals and Scout. Lot has changed since then with On3, 247, composite ratings, etc
What site is the leading authority referenced when it comes to class rankings, player star ratings, etc?

for high school recruiting and more content, I would say 0n3
For transfer portal geaux247 (this is because 247 ranks the portal classes based off what you bring in. Whereas on3 includes your own portal loses into the equation.

Right now 247 is severely understaffed vs on3. Content is suffering.

The only thing I like about the transfer portal and On3 is that they have a better look. They also provide more info, like the weight, height (sometimes they’re wrong) and their classification (RS, Fresh, Soph, etc) and 247 doesn’t.
