Need something to monitor it several times daily as well as heart rate, steps, miles, calories burned, etc. Anyone with a suggestion? They are lots of different ones out there.

There are no watches that effectively measure blood pressure. Get the OMRON like the other poster said.

Get a good, arm cuff blood pressure machine. Wrist machines and watches are shite with consistency.

The OMRON evolv is a potable cuff that is just essentially the cuff. Easy to put in your day to day bag or briefcase. I have tested mine against my doctor visit and a couple other machines and seems fairly accurate. You can sync it to an app so you can look at trends. Add in a fitness tracker for the rest of the stuff and you are good. There are a few other BP machines that are similar. I have a BP cuff that fits over my wrist, but like others said it’s not that accurate.
