His sub patterns are baffling.
Bought ours in 2020 and it's increased in value by about 150K since we bought (not including upgrades we've done in/on the house itself). That said, we have an under 3% mortgage rate. And houses are still wildly overpriced in our area. So no real incentive to move just yet.

I wish this was just a Black Sails sequel

Real talk. I don't have an issue with swapping in a fictional portrayal so that doesn't bother me.

I just don't see how anyone will top Black Sails.
They feel way too uncanny valley to me.
I wouldn't be sad if Pope found a place for him on staff if for no other reason than to make sure the family has health insurance while his wife is fighting colon cancer. He was always a better player and assistant than HC.

And it would've been due within a week of his departure if he hadn't of re-negotiated the buyout.

One of the things that will absolutely tarnish Barnhart's legacy with him stepping down this year. Would've been worse if Cal hadn't of landed at another school, getting us out of his buyout.

I'm not sure about this movie. The previews have kind of turned me off. It doesn't look that good and it kind of gives me vibes of that horrible Adam Sandler Netflix space movie. Please tell me it will be better than the previews. I'm unsure if I will go see it at the threatre until I get some feedback.

I haven't read the book but I honestly don't know anyone who has that didn't really like the story. I don't get that vibe at all from the trailers either.
You could do Robert’s Rebellion in a 3-4 episode mini series

Ironic you call us the insecure ones then post this. Not your brightest moment, Belle.

You quoted me, buddy. Maybe use some better context next time.

Sigh. Another insecure Arkansas fan.

We’ll be “run of the mill” when someone else gets enough NCs to pass us.

Who complains about more basketball in March?

Now sit down newbie. We’ll let you know when it’s ok to change things on the basketball end.

I’m afraid we’re going to just promote Marc Hill, the Deputy AD.

I read somewhere else that they’ll do an external search. I’m not a fan of Hill either.

This is also worth noting:

It was time. He’s was a good AD for the Olympic sports and grew the AD as a whole. Hired guys like Craig Skinner, Nick Mingione, Kenny Brooks, etc.

That said, he absolutely created a nightmare scenario with his football and basketball contracts. We got very lucky Arkansas took Cal off our hands and relieved us of that boondoggle of a contract.

He’s also way out of touch with NIL.

Looks like 13 countries Americans shouldn't even be in to be begin with.

How many oil baws are contracted in those countries? I imagine a fair amount. I know some horse folks have business in some of those Middle Eastern areas.

Also a fair amount of folks that travel to Israel this time of year as well.

I’m so pretty sure the airport in Dubai is one of the busiest international airports in the world.

You got a link, because I have not heard any discussion on this. A simple google search also has not shown any “ rumble”.

There wouldn’t be a link since it’s just chatter among legislators between committee meetings (know some folks in Frankfort through work and previous job). Some UofL folks have been trying to get in the ear of state folks to do similar. It’s just wildly unpopular so it’s not getting much traction. A lot of waiting to see who else does it/how it gets implemented elsewhere.

Injuries suck. That’s a big one for Tanner unfortunately.
