Internet/dark web personal information removal

What is the best program/programs to remove personal data from the dark web? I'm constantly getting calls on both my home (and especially cell phone) saying I have loan approval, tax resolution, home selling service. I had a totally new one this morning. The guy said he was reviewing my medicare file and asked if I still had lower back issues. I hung up. Also this morning I had a phone call asking questions about my credit card. I hung up. Some people suggest don't answer the phone but I'm expecting a call from my doctors clinic. I'm looking for suggestions for programs that search the internet/dark web and remove personal data.

Two possibilities are Guardio and Incogni.

Criminals don’t honor take down requests but the big “legal” data brokers do.

There is a “big arse data broker opt out list” that you can complete in a day. Like all day.

Surf shark has incogni service.

Create your clinic as a contact, turn off unknown callers.

I've used Incogni for over a year and am happy with them.
