Where is the money coming from? I thought many of the other schools had much richer benefactors.

With revenue sharing - LSU must spent that on players. Add in there NIL from major sponsors. The money is there. It’s all about having a plan/budget and sticking to it. A lot of these for depth won’t need the NIL package until they prove themselves. And that group is just happy for the opportunity.
