Slowly, but surely, the post 2nd Amendment laws written and passed by lawyer politicians that have created so much job security for lawyers nationwide are being ruled unconstitutional. The language is becoming more clear daily.

Recently, the DOJ claimed a 1927 law regarding the mailing of firearms to be unconstitutional. That should be obvious. Why POTUS Trump does not simply get rid of the F in ATF is beyond me.

Political turbulence that comes with regulating guns

There's a day in the not too distant future when a lot of Americans are going to be rejoicing the US didn't follow the anti gun blueprint of Europe and Australia.

DOJ doesn't make or repeal laws...... so this 'letter' means jack shite. While they *might* not prosecute you, they cannot compel USPS to abide by their strongly worded letter....that aside, the next AG can come along and reverse course.

You are right. But I do like what SCOTUS did with a 1917 gun law in the Bruen decision. This US Mail restriction is a 1927 law and the Firearm's Act is 1935.

It will be GLORIOUS when people ultimately understand the importance of that inalienable right to the carrying of a weapon.
