Will remain at 12 teams next year. Note how they tweaked the rules to expand two years ago when Alabama did not get in. They now have a special Notre Dame rule that they are guaranteed a spot if they are ranked in top 12 so they won’t get bumped by a lower ranked auto qualifier like Tulane. Twelve teams are plenty for sports like football but the pressure is on to expand in future; big mistake.

You can just say CFP.
Adding playoffs to the end of it is College football playoff playoffs.

At this point I wouldn’t be mad about a CFP + BCS system. They got away from human decision making for a reason the first go-round and the Notre Dame, Tulane, JMU situation was a circus and apparently will be an ongoing circus
