As much as I fricking hate them, and the rule, it’s been a point of emphasis. He got a warning, and kept going.

Agree it was a BS penalty. Then next drive, Darnold gets sacked and Rams player stands above Darnold dancing. No flag. But #27 says something to the Rams bench and there is a flag. In my opinion neither should be a flag but if you call one, have to call both.

Not to take up for Goodell or the Rams but #27 made a fool out of himself, especially after he got burned for a touchdown on the next play. He should have known better. That was uncalled for.

You could see the ref let him say his piece and then usher him away from the sideline, he then goes around the ref and back onto the sideline to yap some more. I told my buddy that Stafford is about to go at the CB the next play because he is either going to get a DPI or give up a TD.

It was blatant. The ref had to call that. He probably didn’t want to call it but the player put him in an impossible position. It was a dumb thing for the player to do. Incredibly dumb considering he’s in a tight NFC Championship game
