All good selections above. For something a little more big-city, try Pamplona for tapas, or Park Bistro. Both very good and not typical of what you find in Acadiana.

My 2 favorite restaurants are Marcellos and Pamplona. I still haven't been to Vestal or Jane's. Cugino was ok and Riverside isn't the same.

Marcello's is excellent for dinner. And I'd go to Olde Tyme Grocery for lunch.

Johnson's Boucanière or Chris' Poboy's for lunch. Great gumbo at Chris'.
