VETs need more influence in US politics

Could they somehow be given more input into our government. These DC swamp creatures are not getting it done.
We need real patriots who care about this country involved in government.
Thinking of VETs homeless while DC members partying the night away pisses me off.

I don’t get it. The Learing center, Todlders in MN and nobody does anything for vets. Vets should have better benefits at least.

Yeah, the truth is that the military is just as much a mixed bag as the civilian world. I met some amazing patriots in the military, and also some of the worst shitbags you could imagine.

I was at conference at Fort Leonard Wood a couple of years ago and was shocked at the number of overweight short females in the army. The men weren’t much better.
Few of them were combat material. These were young men and women not far from boot camp.
