I understood that it is a sell-out and you're not allowed to sell tickets outside the stadium. Not totally sure about the selling of the tickets.

you cant sell on stadium grounds but you can sell tickets outside the stadium. also i'd be surprised if they even enforce that. and if they do give it until 3 weeks in and you'll be able to do it.

Spanish Town M.Gras parade kicks off at almost the same time & it's BR's biggest parade, so that mite draw some of the crowd away, especially the students.
