So for those pardoned, do they go back to jail? Or was their release not done by biden's EO's?
Broke mine working out with weights, not even that heavy. Doing flies lying flat on a bench. Good results from surgery but did have to wear a sling for a mth.+ But, a warning: La. law is if you have a car accident while wearing a sling, regardless of who is at fault, you are automatically considered guilty. Biggest issue wasn't pain, just uncomfortable & hard to sleep. A "bad break" but post surgery no issues at all.
Yea, the U.S. has no interest in keeping the most radical terrorists in the M.E. from having nuclear missiles. We have military & embassy personnel all over that part of the world, well within missile range.
Just don't tell them that Germans use the strait too.
Didn't an older Viet Nam vet recently spit on her in some public setting? If this was a tranny, she be dead. Just saying.
When you realize that AOC & Crockett, for only 2 loonies, support this, that's all any sane person needs to know. And, yea, safe to assume billionaires have most of their assets in property, etc, not cash in the bank.
Even in Calif. this was shut down over lack of funds,. Too, Illinois is bleeding money now, they'll never sign off on this type of expenditure BS.
He's been semi whacky for several yrs now, apparently related to his divorce. He's lost a lot of his friends / peers.
"They are crooks"...my dad was an independent landman for over 30 years & traveled & worked his arse off for years. Bug off....to be polite.
Nothing but the facts : They won 47 games last year & made a regional. Too, unlike you & your aggie buddies who are always rushing, early in a season to brag about meaningless BS, LSU just plays a whole season, wins (often it all) & then brags. Patience, little one.
He did say that most of the hate for LSU is more directed at LK.
She comes across as completely different than the player we see just sitting on the bench. Highly articulate & intelligent. Too, there is a video.....sorry, IT challenged old fart here....of her with many photos showing her dressed in classy high fashioned outfits, one a photo of her wearing a black jacket, unbuttoned almost half way down, nothing it seems underneath the jacket. A model's look on her face. A totally different person in those photos. YouTube search for her name.
"Should not be first team"? The Miss. State coach disagrees & is this the coaches' poll? If not, the reporters who cover the league also know a lot more than any ranter here.
As the saying goes, "you can't fix stupid". Both parties are the same????
Curley's record speaks for itself, evaluate it as you will. He got the job in the first place because he coached Brett Favre at S. Miss. But he was 1000% morally bankrupt as a person. Half of the hundreds of stories out there came from his own players at the time.

re: Oil & Gas Lease Question

Thanks again. This information is similar to the other responses I am getting. I have a call in to the landman & this information helps a lot
Caddo Parish, company is Apex Natural Gas LLC. I've heard of people not signing the lease, preferring to participate, as you note, as a non-working interest partner. Those I know the well was never drilled & they got zip. He's not needing the money but living in Japan as a late 30's married man with 2 young kids........

Is the "paid up" lease part good or not so good?

Oil & Gas Lease Question

Posted by Keltic Tiger on 3/3/26 at 8:34 am
Son lives in Japan but has property here in La.. He just received an offer to lease his mineral rights. The offer is as follows:

Primary term: 3yrs paid up lease
Per acre amt. $7,500 per acre
Extension: 2 yrs $5,000 per acre
Royalty: 1/5
Bonus paid to land owner:$1,650.
In general, is this a fair offer? Is it better to have the lease paid up?
His property is just an average-sized residential lot.

Any questions I need to ask the landman?

THANKS!
