Enes Kanter FREEDOM
@EnesFreedom

From exile to excellence.

Alysa Liu just won the gold medal for Team USA.

Her father was targeted by the CCP for supporting the Tiananmen Square protesters and had to flee to the United States.

Years later, the same brutal regime tried to recruit his daughter, a rising figure skating star.

Alysa Liu said, NO!!!

She chose the nation that protected her family instead of the one that persecuted it.

She chose liberty over authoritarianism.

I’m proud of her and grateful she wears the red, white, and blue.

Hey @NBCOlympics instead of falling all over yourself for the CCP skier Eileen Gu you missed out on a real American hero. Typical NBC terrible journalism.

That Man, knows what he’s talking about.

Became an American the correct way, nothing was given too him, he earned it and that’s why he loves America. Don’t forget he accomplished that while the country he was born into(Turkey) put a price on his head and officially stripped him of his citizenship and declared him an enemy of the state. All while his father and brother, were literally thrown into a Turkish prison.

Wow, just catching the replay, she was electric

Watched it live today. Her story is interesting. Made the big time several years ago when she was really young; retired, and recently came back to skating. I think she won World's last year, and now a gold medal. Clutch performance today. Have to watch skating on mute because of the broadcast crew NBC has - they are hot garbage. Their worst broadcast team by far.

I watched it live this afternoon. She's awesome. Her short program yesterday was even better.
