Ibrahim George Kallon, an illegal alien from Sierra Leone whose visitor visa expired in 2024, was arrested while training to be a Delaware County Prison corrections officer and charged by Glenolden Police for:

—Rape
—Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
—Sexual assault
—Aggravated indecent assault
—False imprisonment
—Indecent assault

Delaware County Prison sent him back into the community despite an ICE immigration detainer, so ICE
@EROPhiladelphia
officers had to arrest him at-large Feb. 11.
