What is this. Sounds like my wife’s grandfather rambling about being a share-cropper.
Every day (for trump) should be a SOTU address day, drafted and crafted by someone…smarter.
Give us the cliffs later. Jesus.

Wow, respect your elders much dickwad? If he was actually a sharecropper, he experienced hard times that you have not a clue. Your disrespect is appalling.

It would’ve been cool if he had spoken on the Lexington with the bay in the background.

Agree - would have and should have been a good thing to include. But that to me is not a deal breaker. Does anyone think that the last regime would first be in Corpus for one thing, and the current Dems to do better? I am guessing that AOC thinks that Corpus Christi is some sort of a bar drink, and Omar and Tlaib would despise the presence of military in the area.

Politicians speak differently in front of a crowd of supporters vs making a speech to a national audience. Usually more unscripted, conversational tone. Partisans of both stripes penalize them for that, especially when they make errors, but it's a common practice.

Folks not having TDS are aware that Trump is one of the few politicians that make that gap pretty much non existent. BTW, can you imagine Biden speaking from the cuff for an hour and a half late in the evening. But yeah, Trump has dementia.
