Zoysia wide blade in Baldwin County, AL advice for pre emergent, fertilizer, etc

We live in Baldwin County, AL. I had the entire yard landscaped last May including fresh zoysia wide blade laid down. Grass grew excellent last summer and fall.
Am I safe to apply a pre emergent now? Is Scott's basic WeedEx safe?
What about a fertilizer? When and recs?
Thanks!

Follow Auburn U (AL) Coop Extension Service lawn maintenance guidelines for south AL in regards to fertilization, etc. LINK
If a 4-1-2 (N-P-K) ratio fertilizer confuses you, that would be something like a 24-6-12 lawn fertilizer or pretty close to that formulation. For the amount of fertilizer to apply equal to 1 pound of nitrogen (N) per 1000 sq ft, divide 100 by the percentage N, so for the example above 100 divided by 24, apply 4 pounds of 24-6-12 per 1000 sq ft of lawn.

I’d wait at least 3 weeks to fertilize Zoysia. I hear it likes to take its time waking up.
You’ll only need to fertilize about three times. Zoysia doesn’t need as much N as Bermuda.

I’m on 30A so we are probably in the same zone and I also have Zoysia.
This is the plan I was given by the sod farm:
-I have already scalped and applied preemergent and will be spot spraying any weeds that are up this week
-Three weeks post green up I plan to put down 24-0-12 and spray iron
-first week of June I’ll reapply half bag rate fertilizer, hit it with iron again, apply fungicide and spray for any weeds (you could technically weed and feed if you wanted here)
-July another half bag rate app of fertilizer
-August another half bag rate app of fertilizer and fungicide
-September reapply preemergent, potash at 1lb/sf and fungicide
-October dethatch
