iPhone and Edge: Does this site lock up routinely for you when using these?

It has gotten to the point where about 1 in 4 page loads just freeze up and I have to kill the app.
I have tried several of the suggestions seen online (no dark mode, disable AI,…). Still does it.
I use Edge across all my devices, so not all that enthused about starting over with a new browser. If that’s the only fix, so be it. Just boggles my mind that this seems to have been a thing for a year or two.

I get them, particularly with Twitter embeds. I have Android but pointing it out that it may not be isolated to your platform.

It's probably related to third party tracking activities that are trying to launch popups or display ads. It's probably the latter, because you won't see the element that is trying to load, it'll just be blank.
Try enabling at least balanced tracking prevention. I've *never* had this problem with Brave on mobile or desktop.
I just tested on Edge desktop, clicked around 15 times or so, and didn't get the behavior (or any ads.) BUT, I also have Ad Block Plus and uBlock Origin extensions on desktop.

Like most people, I do my heavy lifting on a Windows machine.
I want one browser for all platforms, and I like Edge for better resource management.

i use brave browser on iPhone 13 and have no issues with this site.

I use Brave browser on an android and have noticed this behavior over the last several days.
