I really never understood how black folks weren’t embarrassed that standards were lowered to give more acceptance.
To be embarrassed requires ownership of your current plight as well as some agency to fix it.

One by my house has a boil Saturday and Sunday during peak season. They do a decent job and you can go in and get a couple of pounds to take home.

And is it more men and boys looking at porn and being degenerates or is it more women being promiscuous and inviting base behavior via their own tawdry behavior?
I don't know which it is, but I'm certainly pulling more for one than the other

TH gets an upvote from me because she's trashy, and well, I like my own kind.
That's tough. Both are great films. I'd go with Gladiator since I've watched it more times and have a desire to see it when presented the opportunity. I'm not sure I've seen Braveheart more than once.

re: Are German cars worth the maintenance headaches and associated costs?

I don't find the maintenance costs too out of line with other cars of similar value on an annual basis. Of course if you go to dealership you will get fleeced after warranty. Find you a good local who works on them and it is much more manageable.

Yeah because all of the blind people forever have already been born and are living today

Just watched it this weekend. I didn't think it was terrible, but not 16 Oscar nods worthy by any stretch. Saw Frankenstein and Bugonia right after it this weekend and both were measurably better with respect to their Oscar nods to me.
