is there video of them singing in the past, i wouldnt be surprised if women arent allowed to sing that anthem in iran

This is actually an interesting point.
The morality police will arrest, rape, and quite possibly murder women for singing or dancing in public in Iran. They might make an exception for things that are more centered in the world stage though idk
