He needs to whip the asses of those those workers standing around doing nothing. All buckets have a safety feature that allow them to be lowered even if the hydraulics completely fail. They could have helped him

The truck may have been energized, genius.
Regardless, than harness digging into his legs may have formed a clot and killed him anyway.

Go watch the video dipshit. There is literally a worker that is on the truck and he steps down while holding the side of the truck. It clearly wasn't energized.
