Hitters look lost, not seeing it well, swinging at garbage and watching fastballs across the plate.

We were actually outmatched in pitching tonight. Their starter was popping 96-97, straight over the top to get a good angle and had a solid curve. Velocity isn't everything but it made a difference tonight.

Guidry wasn't terrible and didn't have much help. Garcia needs to get his control together. Plog wasn't bad. Rizzy was throwing behind the batter with the bases loaded.

I certainly hope I’m wrong but this looks like this is going to be CJJ‘s worst team.
I know he’ll get it fixed next year for sure even if we don’t vastly improve this year.
