How can the guy have such a high GPA (3.8) with such a terrible ACT (16)? A 16 ACT is scary for QB...

ACT while not hard, is a long repetitve test...... some people just cant answer that many boring questions, and ethier start to over think answers or just start guessing.
and ofcourse it dosnt help that his school is one of many who are being taken over by the state
so you got bad La. schools, and yet compared to La. schools, his school is below avg for it....

hes got the talent to play in the sec.but who knows.didnt brandon bass and symone augustis come from capital.they had the grades to enroll.

The 3.8 is based on a 10.0 scale.

i know chad germany (head coach) was a good qb in the late 80s at capital and lsu didnt recruit him.maybe there is a little tension.
