What part of the constitution gives the president the power to regulate college sports?
I do like what he's trying to do here. But I'm not sure where the power comes from. You can't have a president regulating industries with a pen.
Presidents do not make laws, that's the job of congress. At best the president can do things to carry out those laws etc, and/or direct the executive branch agencies to do things.
So while I welcome the change, I do not welcome ignoring the constitution and how government is supposed to work.

College sports need some guardrails, but not executive orders, at least not yet!

I think players that are paid MUST first pay the school back for tuition and books....IMO
They should make millions and still have the schools provide FREE eduation.
