This Michigan team lives and dies by the three ball. If Hurley is able to come up with a scheme to prevent their sharpshooters from getting good looks, which he absolutely will, that game will be a blowout.
You don’t beat Hurley with only the three ball. You have to be fundamentally sound in the paint.

UConn will slow the tempo and won’t try to run with them, but LOL at the notion they live and die by the 3.
They just had 22 assists, scored >90, had 36 points in the paint, and only hit 12 threes. Against a team that has dominated the field.
Conversely, UCONN needed a miracle to get here and beat an Illinois team that bricked layups and couldn’t hit an open 3. Illinois had 3 assists and were in the game until they had a rebound stolen inside of a minute left.
